As the PA to the Associate Director (AD) for Employment Relations, you’ll use your positive attitude, your organisational skills and your enhanced communication skills to assist the Associate Director in effectively managing their large portfolio of work.

It's a job full of possibilities, you could get involved in anything to help develop and deliver RCN services in Wales across a range of sectors and with external stakeholders.
You will work to the Associate Director and will manage their complex diary and inbox. You will also be part of the Directorate team and will provide support to the wider RCN Wales team as required. As part of the role, the Assistant Director will ask you to undertake bespoke pieces of work or projects to support their role. The successful individual would need to manage their own workload and be able to work autonomously whilst knowing when to seek out advice and from whom.
The ability to foster strong professional relationships and encourage close collaboration between internal and external stakeholders is at the heart of this role. Whatever your background, you'll be efficient, accurate and show a real member focus in all you do.
We are looking for someone with exceptional organisation and enhanced communication skills to assist the Associate Director in managing their day-to-day duties. The successful candidate would be experienced in administrative duties including minute taking, diary management, prioritisation of emails, drafting correspondence and organising travel and accommodation.
The successful candidate will be privy to sensitive organisational information, therefore the ability to maintain confidentiality is an essential requirement.
