We all share the same voice when it comes to changing the shape of the health policies of the future. And as the largest trade union of nursing staff and students in the UK – with over half a million members – all we can see are the infinite possibilities for a brighter future. Join us and you will too.

We're accredited with Investors in People Silver Standard. Our people are our greatest asset, and we want people who can contribute to our purpose in line with our values.

As Member Experience and Journey Training Lead you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of developing and delivering training to RCN staff to deliver high quality bespoke programmes for both new and existing Member Journey staff.

We'll look to you to develop both induction packages and training for existing staff evaluating the success and monitoring attendance. It's a great way to build your knowledge of the member services that we deliver and work with our talented and dedicated staff to develop your potential.

The post will have a UK wide remit and will be based at either HQ, Cardiff Gate or Bolton.

You will need experience of assessing training needs and then designing and delivering training packages. This will be primarily be to Support Staff and Officers providing frontline member services within our Employment Relations teams. You will need some knowledge of these teams and the member services they provide.

You will be working with both staff and Member Experience Journey Strategy Board within the UK Case Management department. You will work with the Board designing and delivering training to support the Country and Region roles and progress the strategic aims of the organisation.

The role is an excellent development opportunity in both the provision of training courses and the development of staff to make a positive difference to the member service we provide.

To succeed at the Royal College of Nursing all you need to do is think bigger, better and brighter. And with an attitude like that, anything’s possible.
